I understood your point,

But,
(Punjabi/marathi/bangla/gujarati/oriya/north east)
Total 120 channels,
excluding Hindi Gec/movies/music/news,
Hindi channels important in south also,

Just a small example If they migrate d2h ST2 north subscribers to Ses8 after that if they remove these 120 channels from ST2 then so much space will be created,
2 SD channels equal 1 HD channels,

South HD channels +Pan India(Movies now HD,MNX HD etc...) total 25 HD channels not available in ST2,

25 HD channels means 50 SD channels space,
All these things not possible to Dish/d2h means @Rom1moR
New transponders best idea.

But there is a catch bro, most of the north subscribers including me are associated with d2h from long time since from ' Videocon d2h ' days.If they decide to migrate us then they have to issue 'free STB's to us, else we have to pay & if we have to pay then we will buy another service provider antena and STB (almost all other DTH service providers are giving 1 year free offers).
Mine have DDB tv that's why I have sticked to d2h, still I can attach another STB to my tv
