bro message format don't know,bro just install rdtv app & then activate the alacarte pack using app :k &

It's not true. Reliance Digital is the fastest in replying Emails. I always get the replies for my emails with in 24 hours. If i send them email in morning time then they reply within 3 to 4 hours
