Channels like & explorer at Rs 4 is a steal, regarding the content it offers. I don't how & pictures is a much costlier channel than this, & pictures is Rs 19 channel (no tax included)
But & explorer at Rs 4 is much better than it
Which airs a mix of criticality Acclaimed and popular bollywood movies that too without break.
