Disney star is trademark , but the company is working still as star india pvt ltd . As all star channels license are under star india pvt Ltd .

Whereas hungama , disney license are under disney india . So these are just licenses owners and not company name .

Here i am talking about company names under which they have decided to keep their channels under so Viacom18 chs have been transferred to Star India Private Limited which is company name registered by Disney Star for its channels except Nat Geo and Disney Channels which have been kept under separate company name that is "National Geographic Society" and "Disney India" or "Disney Communications", i don't remember exact company name for same registered with MIB for channel licences.
