There is the issue. Bouquet ID/name is wrong. That can be the reason you are not getting HD+1 channels.

Are you getting other HD channels in ur package ??? Also how many days ur not getting HD+1

Noticed it just yesterday.
Getting the channels (HD+1) day before.

@Bapun Raz & @Anish Pai bros, both of you are right. Today called CC and got complete info.
TS recently changed some policies or there might be some (pay) issues on +1 services.
I'll get HD+1 services after completing 3 months, from 14th October.
