It also happened with me when I applied for secondary connection. A technician visited to my house and checked everything: set top bo number, signal status, wire condition, wire length, dish antenna alignment, LNB position, etc. He measured the antenna and LNB alignment with scale and other instruments. I was quite amazed with it.Some person from ts came for checking all parameters.,as mine is a new connection. This way tatasky is having a check on it distributors. Good initiative
Facing issue.. can't watch match.. pack not getting changed via mytatasky.
