Some person from ts came for checking all parameters.,as mine is a new connection. This way tatasky is having a check on it distributors. Good initiative

It also happened with me when I applied for secondary connection. A technician visited to my house and checked everything: set top bo number, signal status, wire condition, wire length, dish antenna alignment, LNB position, etc. He measured the antenna and LNB alignment with scale and other instruments. I was quite amazed with it.
 
No one came to check anything of mine. I have 3 connections. I recently opted for 3rd connection some weeks back, that time also no one came.

I have a weird issue, if i turn off the primary STB, i dont get INSAT signals on new multi TV (it has got cable joint, used old cable wire and new one), if i power on main TV or 2nd Multi TV, i get signals on 3rd Multi TV. I have to keep any one STB on everytime to watch TV on new (3rd multi TV)
 
Facing issue.. can't watch match.. pack not getting changed via mytatasky.
chat not working. missed call also didn't work..toll free no option to talk..
