Which model HD STB u have bro?

As of now there is no way u can exchange.

Only new connection/multi tv can get the HEVC HD STB depending on availability and location

In future if TS migrates to HEVC, then they will exchange.

Replacement stb getting for a faulty stb is refurbished one not a new one. All operators giving refurbished stb as a replacement.

yes u can get it if u upgrade to HD(U have to Req for HVEC while upgrading)

Bro, first understand that there is no eligibility criteria for getting hevc stb. Customers are getting hevc stb as per the stock availability in their place & by the request of customers. As you are using SD stb now, you can upgrade to HD. Contact customer care for the upgrade and demand them you want hevc stb only.
