@Anish Pai i dont know what is a hevc stb. My stb has Technicolor (made in thailand)written on it.

Your stb is normal HD stb not hevc.

I have 4 STBs in my home (One primary HD+ and 3 secondary HD). One of them is not being used and inactive. Can this STB be removed from my account and someone use it for a absolutely new connection?
