Replacement stb getting for a faulty stb is refurbished one not a new one. All operators giving refurbished stb as a replacement.

Yes bro Technician Visit Charge & Box Charge Also I.E ( STB Replacement Charge 600 + Technician Visit Charge 200 = Total 800.00

Don't know Tata Sky's warranty policy for the replacement stb. But when I was using d2h my stb failed when I was out of warranty period. They replaced the stb & said it have 1month warranty.

@Anish Pai i dont know what is a hevc stb. My stb has Technicolor (made in thailand)written on it.
