Whats the price for replacing dead SD box ( out of warranty), also please say about HD replacement

Before 3-4 days onwards tata sky HD channels clarity inceased like Dish Tv. Earlier star hd , Star gold hd, Asianet Hd., etc. Not good..but now a days picture quality...increased..gud color tone, and crystal clear...anybody check this changes....?
