If your stb is in off condition when you did the recharge, it'll take some time to update in your stb.

it was ON when I recharged, last time within 15mins it got updated on STB. This time it didn't got updates hence I asked this question

I recharged today but not updated on STB, updated on portal and got SMS.

How much time it takes to update on STB (Bmail), what if it doesn't get updated ?

keep your stb on and give miss call on 80892 80892 from RMN. Hope it helps

Another query, I recharged last on 28th Feb and theb my next recharge date was 1st Jul 2018, and today recharged with Rs 100 as payzapp offer 25% cash back.

New due date is 18th July, I paid annual so that's not counted here. Monthly pack is HDAF Rs 99. So the new due date should be 1st Aug 2018 right ? I mean how Rs 99 comes for just 18days extra ?
