Suddenly my HD+ PVR STB rebooted itself when I was watching TV.

Anyone knows what the issue will be ???

After reboot did it show any software update process? If not then maybe your STB is unstable and you should power off (main power adapter also) for few minutes before power on again.

I usually completely power off my STBs (I have 2) once a week to avoid any stability issues.

You switch off STB only once in a week? I turn them off every day during night.

Yes sometimes I forget to power off for long time (few months) then STB becomes unstable (UI weird behaviour) only then I power off and on then it recovers

From last night I’m not able to add or drop any channels via mystatasky and app, it says my last order hasn’t been placed successfully so can’t change anything now. I had raised complaint but all in vain

And

I had subscribed Sony sab HD. It shows me on my current subscription list but not yet started to view.

Anybody have solutions or suggestions what to do?

If not then maybe your STB is unstable and you should power off (main power adapter also) for few minutes before power on again.

It seems this is a bug or happening because of excessive traffic. The first day when i got TS i had this problem and after chatting with 5 different executives it was sorted but it again happened when i was trying to add a channel the day when India vs Pakistan match was going on. For me it says your last order isn't processed yet at such times. I removed SS1 HD successfully immediately after the world cup ended though.
