It seems this is a bug or happening because of excessive traffic. The first day when i got TS i had this problem and after chatting with 5 different executives it was sorted but it again happened when i was trying to add a channel the day when India vs Pakistan match was going on. For me it says your last order isn't processed yet at such times. I removed SS1 HD successfully imemdiately after the world cup ended though.
Yes I also got same message but the problem is different now the channel which I subscribe isn’t available to watch but it had added in my subscription list and money is deducting for 2 days
