I am unable to make any changes in my pack since yesterday through app or web portal. I get a message that your request can not be processed at this time try again later. Can any dealer help me to change my pack?

Hi guys..rain is over it's cloudy but not getting all channels..movie channel from Sony Wah to Surya cinema working...before that I am getting the message your tatasky box is not receiving signal pls guide
 
Can anyone confirm if signal quality affects picture quality?
In some channels I am getting 0 in signal quality...could be due to bad alignment of the dish...I will raise a complain today...
