Yaah.....You are Right @Nikhil3 Brother.....
But before shifting Channels -----
Officially and Legally ISRO will handover Activated GSat 31 to TS Managements. Then Tps Allocation will be made accordingly. After activation of Vertical or Horizontal TPS - it's time for Test Channel / Service will resume and after satisfied Testing - The Channel will get Add on STB with LCN No.

So as of now the above mentioned Process will take time to Next Year 2020. Probabilities are indicating that because there is no official Source to Confirm that whether ISRO completes the Legal formality for Handover GSat 31 to TS or not.

Until then Insat 4A will on Run successfully........
