I am not a VVIP, my queue position is 50 😂. Signals are fine on that channel though
I wonder what people are actually complaining about. Not like there is some live sports or movie premiere.

There are many general things like refreshing account which most people directly complaint to cc instead helping themselves using self care portal. These days Tata Sky live chat with cc is possible only in morning hours after that you will have to wait for hours.

Last Tuesday. Modification got stuck for me since Monday. I required urgent help. Everytime I tried to connect to live chat customer service. It got closed itself. This happened around 10-11 am.

So then how did u manage to get it solved ? Normally it gets sorted on its own in 2-4 hours

It got fixed itself. But took over 15 hours I think. I was asked not to modify. But did it anyway. Then found selection working again.

Tuesday early mornings are very bad time to modify channels.
