Vh1 and some other Network18 chs r having issue from broadcaster end, facing on airtel too.

Regarding scroll running while blank screen appears, well 2 or 3 secs is not a big time gap to let software decode and stop scroll hence signal or some other issue cannot b ruled out

Check channels 2031 and 2032

There is almost 75 to 80 on 2031 and 2032 on 65 to 70 pq

All channels are about 55 to 60 imo that's normal pq is good too

Doesnt 90 95 quality makes the quality best doesnt it downscale the hd pq
