Yeah, that's fine. But for that I need to know what are the various packs that are available. I could check the pdf, but I remember few of the members mentioning that all packs in the pdf aren't available to subscribe.

Also, what is the payment process if I add by calling?

Payment is always through your Tata Sky balance bro, you can't subscribe packs by doing separate recharge

Atleast get the call back first and they will explain the packs which will full fill your needs and then they will activate... The recharge is a simple process right you can do it during the phone call..
