My transfer hd box facing a problem.

My Problem is sometime when I watched record program suddenly tv screen goes to black that time I back to live TV it's also black screen that time when I do reset my box from main power line then box screen are back n tv also
.

In to night happend two time this occurs with me

Any solution?

Try master Reset

Turn off power saver. That option takes stb to stay by mode in its own during night time to save power. It is available in settings.
