I am also facing the same issue in my transfer box,sometimes it comes while watching recorded content,and some times while watching live TV,i have done a factory reset,and even hard disk format,but still the issue arises

oww ... maybe tatasky stb software have some problems. Hopefully tatasky will be fixed it in asap..
