What is mentioned in the page of this topic,is it to retsart the set top box after plugging it off,that is a solution to regain the pic issue....but it is not a permanent solution to this black blank screen issue,if everyone using transfer box is facing this issue...their might be some prob from tata sky end..for me aft today morning till now the issue hasn't happened again..
