bro for me there is No Issue in HDFC Payzap app last week me too recharged and it was done immediately and got cashback in 6 hours :win

Bad luck for me bro,still now mine Rs.600(Rs.150x4) refund amount not yet credit in my account :'(

Even for me. I recharged for 200 using payzapp. Amount debited from bank but not credited to Tata sky yet. Recharged on 27th Jan..
