Hi Bros, I Payed my tatasky due amount via MPay , transaction was successful but not credited to my Tata Sky Account. As I contacted TS, cc told it's showing pending will credit to maximum 48 Hours. But not credited , then cc told will refund to ur account maximum 10 days . But now it's almost 20 days , no information, Please help me to where to contact. If calling cc they telling every time its now processing stage wait for 24Hours like that

Contact your bank. By the way, which app you used for mVisa transaction?

I have also faced the same issue. Bank account get deducted but recharge never done. Even I provided tatasky the transaction id but they couldn't able to track it. As a result i lose 400 because the transaction was successful from my bank.
