Yes, from the bank end I contacted, they told money has been transfers to particular merchant account and they are helpless. Even tatasky cc also telling me the same
Similar issue happened with my case.
I was trying to recharge using UPI with some nominal amount of Rs. 11/-.
The transaction was successful in UPI, money debited, yet recharge not done, result - my money is nowhere.
Tried contacting the Merchant (Bill Desk, I guess) via email, they said money is with TS.
When contacted TS CC via Chat, they said no amount was credited to my account.
Escalated the issue at TS showing all my email correspondences with Billdesk and my bank account statement.
Finally TS had credited Rs. 11/- as gesture of goodwill.
