you need to add HD access fee first then keep it for 2-3 days and after 2-3 days call cc again and tell them that i want to drop HD Access fee because it is costly they will tell you the advantages of HD Access Fee and then they will give you the offer

I got this offer for more than 5-6 times in last 1 and half year i am frankly speaking i didn't paid Rs 175 for HD access fee since last 1 and half year
