Getting fta channels on hd box

D2h hd boxes had the facility to provide fta channels earlier. Is it available even now? I tried getting some channels from insat but was not successful. But when I tried to get access over their own tp's I got signal and when saved the settings I got all the channels again from 1000 lcn no. Do this mean that we can still catch fta channels?
