I have a problem with my dth videocon. my hd channel can't show video and audio, and some sd channel like that too. please give me solution

bro i thought it's not soft issue because if soft issue means all channels will same error but u have error in some channels only,i think refresh error,u can refresh ur stb via below mentioned page/contact cc
