Indian broadcasting authorities took the objections againsts e-legal ABS DTH and they clearly mentioned to stop the transmission of service from end broadcaster.
2) second imp things DD roll out its encrypted STB. in features may be all channels are shifting to MPEG4 encryption base.
So how many days are going to use this independent service.
If they will provide DD encryption system in his stb then they are useful. Otherwise you think first

That is not true, DD is not going to encrypt their channels. They will lose out on all their existing customers, as the set up has not been organized, and as such it will be difficult to follow up with their older customers, to convince them to buy new set top box for DD Free Dish.

There are lots of benefits to the Greenway Free TV.

ABS is not illegal and the only issue was that some neighbouring country channels were being broadcasted as the signal space range is the same. They have more than 80 channels on their satellite and they are all being broadcast now. There are no issues and they are planning to add more channels in the future.

It is official. Please don't mislead people. They are going to encrypt only a specific No of channels.
