Has anyone connected Xtreme Box with Alexa?

There is an option in the setting. I installed the Airtel Skill in my Alexa app and followed the given instruction in the Xtreme box. But it's not working.

I give command like ask airte to switch to colors channel and other things it works perfectly fine
