Has TataSky got GSAT10???

Just now i have chat with my source about Gsat-10 tps.and he said to me that ts going to activate 6 tps this month and another 6 tp they have reserved for future use but now we are going to use 2 tps 11060 V 28500 DVBS2 8PSK for SD channels &11180 V 33000 DVBS2 8PSK for HD channels..this 2 tps will use in addtion for march &april month .Here are the tp details of 6 tps from Gsat-10 that ts is going activate this march are:-
11060 V 28500
11100 V 33000
11140 V 33000
11180 V 33000
11220 V 33000
11260 V 33000


so sorry for the mistake guys i think i have heard wrong that time an i have written wrong that time but now its correct the 2 tps in which tatasky currently testing channel are
11060 V 28500 DVBS2 8PSK for SD channels & 11180 V 33000 DVBS2 8PSK for HD channels..

Are u Serious abt this or just doing this for gaining popularity in dis forum. Pls dont try to play wid d Sentiments of people here. Is there is a source of urs in tatasky or ur just making a perception.

Bang Bang time for tatasky.
Dishtv might loose some transponders from dd free dish when they migrate their services to launch 120 channels.

or according to news free dish is going to encrypt their signal. :lol

Hope Dishtv will learn lesson from other dth operators and start adding new channels soon.

They have to concentrate on upgrading technology not to add channels.:lol

There was a news about FD encrypting their signals for new channels. If this is true then DIshtv might get old channels as it is. BTW Dishtv TPs are more reliable then Insat TPs so they may not require to use 5 TPs for backup.

I think both their stbs Dishtru hd & dish+ are compatible with mpeg4 technology and only Dishtv stb users may have suffer when they plan to convert their services to mpeg4.

And one thing ts has still not decided the date of activaiting the new tps of Gsat-10 and launching of new channels..my source said Me that by this month ts will activate the tps but he does not know the exact date
But he said he is not sure about the date but may be on mar 15 ts will activate new tps from Gsat-10

If Tatasky require 900 crore for migration to MPEG4 then DishTV will require at least 1200 crore as they have launched 2 years back than TS.
