How is it possible? Channel logos are part of the feed and is shown by the broadcaster. How can DTH companies change or modify them?

May be they are wisely overlaying the HD logo below official channel logos similar to their very own Tata Sky logo at bottom?

If its only in Tata Sky and if they overlaying HD logo, it seems a nonsense attempt.
