DDF Exclusive HD channels launch and Shutdown list

NewsX HD is shutdown so add it to shutdown list as its replaced by NewsX Kannada.

Remove Zee Studio HD, as this channel already shut down.
Add & Flix HD on english movie channel category.

Zee Studio/Zee Studio HD and Zee Classic did not shut down, these are rebranded with &Flix/&Flix HD and Zee Bollywood respectively.

No. They shut down. If there is some other channel called Zee Classic running somewhere, only then Zee Classic did not shut down. When channel A rebrands to channel B, channel A is said to have shut down.
