After the 3 months get over, does it change to the regular 175 HDAF or does HD get removed completely?

change back to Rs.175

Not really, in fact it's better to have ₹175 HDAF before contacting CC. Ask to drop it>they'll ask why>they'll provide the ₹99 offer.
