Help for tracking hotbird 13 east satellite

I tracked intelsat 21b at 21' east.
Then I worked for hotbird ku band but not found from my solid 6 ft dish in haryana. Please give suggestions.

forget abt hotbird on 6ft in haryana... that too in summers.

minimum 8 ft required in haryana, that too in winters, will fetch u few tps...
