One more thing in the rumours is that half raw script was written by Neeraj vohra and they don't want that as a tribute or something as the story written was in continuation from 2nd part so they change the title to hera pheri 4 bhai
Similar thing happen with broken but beautiful web series where after the third season sidharth shukla died so the maker of series balaji skip the 4th part as the third season end on cliffhanger and announce next part of broken but beautiful 5 few months back

This will be quite confusing for people. If they want to skip this number for any reason they can title it as Hera pheri again,Phir phir Hera pheri or anything like that why there's need for numbers.
