CC is I think outsourced bcoz Tata Sky believes in direct connection with subscribers thru self care portal. On many occasions I feel so as if they are discouraging the CC.

yea thats everywhere, but considering average user profile, cc remains the best option. So users will keep calling cc. As cc is representing DTH its like company face.
