"Voice of the customers"

They should understand customers concern to run the
good business

Just think of just just bec of HBO premium channels
Many customers moved to competitors

Even though there is merits and demerits in other dth ..they taking steps to get the HD channels but our D2h s not taking any steps..now a days pic quality and audio quality is very bad n sd channels ...

Am very happy customer with videocon dth since they launch

But their poor move make us to think of other dth

Hope videocon will comeup with bang ..to make their subscribers happy

Okay... Where are you D2H users? See even Tata Sky added a promo channel for promoting JSAT offer (as per screenshots).

No matter they are adding channel or not adding channels. Promo channels are being added to promote something as the name suggests. Thinking of the reaction by D2H users when D2H added Home Channel 3 to promote HD LCN change and the reaction of TS users when TS added a Home Channel to promote JSAT offers.

Problem is Tatasky has added around 15-20 HD channels recently while d2h managed to add Naaptol HD & d2h Hollywood HD.....

Also JSat is a unique feature which no other dth could give.

I think TS users have more reasons to be excited abt Promo channel than us :dodgy

I said, no matter if channel is getting added or not, promo channels are getting added to promote something. It is common in all DTH. But we the D2H users are reacting differently.

Ohh come on problem with d2h is they are not adding channel like TS thats why reaction is different also
