How to add a channel

I want to add Sony channel to my Sun Direct subscription. How can I do that ?

Call CC to activate the same.

Thanks for the reply. I am doing this for the first time. Can you please give the customer care no. for Kerala or tell me how to register and use the portal. I don't know the portal URL either.
