Hey check in OLX , Sulekha for some free dish dealers ,If dont find any one near and if you desperately need free dish , there is a costly way. Buy a Dish tv connection for 1500 and buy solid HD box for rs 2000 from Solid website .

Watch one month dishtv subscription and then use your solid box on that set up for DD free dish channels
