I wanted to know how to use the new Tata sky remote that came with humax hevc HD STB which has play, pause and rewind buttons.

How to configure this remote with TS HD PVR STB???

Press same buttons again, they will be reverted to normal box remote mode.

It is just remote programming. There are no settings to be done at set top box end.
