How to request Teen Nick and Disney Junior??

As all the Indiacast UTV channels are available on request basis, I have activated all channels but I am unable to activate Teen Nick and Disney Junior. please tell me how to activate these?? All the other Indiacast UTV channels are working fine (CNBC, World Movies, ETV Odia, Vh1 etc).

These 2 channels is not free for sure better you contact dishtv CC and ask for ala carte price.

I have right answer on this question. I have asked to dishtv about nick jr & disney jr. They told me that these channels are currently not available in dishtv platform for viewing. These are available in lcn because dishtv wil add them in near future. These channels will be multilingual & will be available soon for customers.
