How to subscribe TLC HD WORLD as ala carte

How to subscribe TLC HD WORLD ( LCN 962) :hd as ala carte channel with base pack?
TLC HD WORLD ala carte channel is not available neither in d2h website nor d2h infinity.

CC donot have information, they telling me to upgrade to diamond pack and to subscribe to hd add on for getting that channel :angry
