How to view test channels?

How can i view same in dish tv ?

You can't.Buy a SD/HD fta STB and put your d2h dish wire in that fta box and scan d2h tp's then you can get them.Currently d2h has blocked the fta scan feature,in their starting days they were allowing.

Can I view the test channels of my videocon d2h ?if yes,then how?
