Whats the Exact Working Addon Name for Srilankan Channels in Dollar and other?
IF YES, What will be the possible way to add the Add this in?
What are the Tools needed to be in this system to add the sl channels?

I think it is not possible in Indian DISHTV

Even if u ask once again in different words,still it's not goin to change.. the thing is u can't watch any SL channel on Dishtv india along with Dishtv india packs.. for that u will need to be a dish Lanka pack subscriber..that's the only way..

I will suggest u to buy a Dishtv Lanka connection to view those channels by subscribin them.. on that connection..
