Yes. Go to wikipedia, they had changed all the details of our harvest t v... they have removed all the details of harvest tv christian channel and added their details. Even they dont want To creat trianga face book page or website , their website htnnews. ShortForm of harvest television network..... god is with us. All the details attached to the case file. So what exactly is happening.....

Mr. Sibal is alleging the central government is blocking permission or interfering in order to stop their channel. Well if their logo name change request has been pending for a long time then surely government needs to give a proper justification for this delay, 2nd point they raised is that they tried to shift to new frequency for better transmission quality but government sent notice to their teleport provider and said that as they have not informed government before taking this step hence it can't be continued.

Post this this channel shifted back to old frequency. This happened on Monday Afternoon. Now Mr. Sibal said that Airtel blocked their signal for 1 hour during this time period itself, but infact it is obvious that as channel shifted frequency so airtel must have stopped receiving channel from previous parameters and had to make changes in afternoon to get signals back. This must caused temporary blackout and we can't subscribe any wrong motive behind this based on facts available.

Also it has been suggested that Tata Sky is not giving them slot despite all formalities been completed and this is also been done on direction of government , well again this seems from truth bcoz Tata Sky has not even added Republic Bhatat till now and simple reason for this is Tata Sky clearly disclosing to TRAI before new order comes into effect about not having additional capacity to carry more channels at present.

Well on a lighter side i guess Mr. Sibal is appearing for Tata Sky in the case they r fighting against TRAI in court and openly accusing client for wrondoing in another matter surely sours the relation. I guess if Mr. Sibal gets angry then Tata Sky might lose the case or have to hire services of some other distinguished lawyer

Yes we are also waiting for their logo changes, so we can use the same logo into our new lc, We dont want to stop their transmission. We are not promoting any political party. We are standing for the kingdom of god .

Veecon Media vs Union of India in TDSAT

• Showcause notice issued by MIB to Veecon Media in respect of its shareholding as well as use of the name “Harvest TV” for its channel.
• Veecon Media submits that the notice supports the apprehension of Veecon Media, that there may be strong efforts to prevent the petitioner from using the name “Harvest TV” and on that account may be prevented from running its TV Channel under that name. He further submits that in the Show Cause Notice, MIB has not taken note of petitioner’s application filed for change of name and logo of its channel to “Tiranga TV”. The application was filed on 26.9.2017 followed by a recent representation on 18.1.2019.
• Shri Bibi George Chacko claims that he had authorized the petitioner to use the name and logo “Harvest TV” only for two years and that period had expired on 31.1.2018.
• Veecon Media contests the claim of Mr Chacko as to its rights to use the name and logo of “Harvest TV” even beyond two years’ period but clearly he has sought for another option by applying to the MIB for change of its name and logo.
• That application is pending since 26.9.2017 and we (TDSAT) expect MIB to take an appropriate decision in accordance with law on the said application at the earliest and till then Veecon Media cannot be prohibited by the MIB from using the name “Harvest TV”.
• This observation will not, however, stand in the way of Mr. Chacko in seeking his remedy against the petitioner in respect of right to use the name and logo of “Harvest TV” in accordance with law.

Well we can't do anything in this case.Best thing for you would be to move High Court and file a trademark infringement case.In my opinion since the trademark is yours it won't be a big problem getting an injunction.

Waiting for the order from the court. They can understand the truth. How they can blame mib? . If they are submitting the documents with registered trade mark of tiranga t v. Mib will approve. These guys are cheating and hiding the face. Let c we have press meet. We dont want to hide the truth from the community.

Though this platform is not for taking any side except public's Yet it is very clear that you guys has allowed to use your Christian Channel's name to be used by another organisation who was no way related to your ideology (Spreading/Propagating Christianity in India) and had very clear goal of bringing a News channels.
Anyway, the Name Harvest TV has already been withdrawn It's HTN News now ( a revamped version of Harvest TV )
