Discussion I have placed upgrade request of my Tata Play HD box to Binge+

I am giving short review of my experience....detailed review will be posted later..Sorry for late...I am quite busy personally and Professionally...

Firstly, The PQ of all SD channels improved drastically....Now SD channels are more sharp compared to previous. But I dont find any Improvement in HD channel quality...

Fav option is working perfectly same like HD box...But, only disappointment is Dedicated fav button not available in Remote. One has to press 900 to enter Fav channels..

The UI is awesome...But logos are not updated...Still old Sun music and Sun News logo coming(without Sun Word) logo...very old...

Box is laggy a bit...but it's manageable...not an issue...

No buffering noticed in any apps...all are working perfectly(those apps I am subscribed).

In short, Our TV viewing experience completely changed with New Binge Box...

Sounds interesting, Bro & kindly mention the experience of switching the Channels when Wifi is Off, then the SDR to HDR Mode experience. Also mention Your TV Brand & Size.

BTW, Did they ask any Internet Connection for Installation ?

I will try checking without Wifi. Because in my house, Wifi is always on....Even without Wifi on, it's working fine...

Mine is Samsung 40 Inch Full HD TV. Bought in 2018...still working in good condition.

Yes, they asked for Internet connection before installing.

No bro...as the hd box is free, they have downgraded the internal components which results in poor picture processing..even you have seen, they have removed dolby certification from the hd boxes to save money..if you try hd boxes manufactured before 2018 you will get superior quality like binge + box... downgrade started with that panna hd box

So, SD Channels PQ has improved in Binge+ Box when compared to HD Box, Right ?

What about watching Channels ? Is Internet necessary to watch Normal TV Channels ?

Internet not required to watch TV channels except internet based channel...
