Seeking Help Problem with my tata play binge, Update screen keeps coming and annoying

I have an issue on my dad's tata play binge

update screen keeps coming and annoying,

the box keeps tuning to update screen, but it everytime shows update failed,

is there any help I can do?

Unplug power adapter from set top box, then plug, press reset button in bottom, use toothpick or pen for 15 second, it's open one screen, then press ->wipe cache, once done,press reboot now,

If problem not resolved means use same step, select --> wipe data/factory default, then press reboot now

I did use toothpick and clear the cache, it's not getting update screen anymore, Thanks a lot

For me 2 month once using this method in my brother binge box, because my brother watch netflix, prime, hotstar,youtube only, actually real problem binge box memory is low, that's why it's hanging, if ur using ott content regularly means,done this step every 1.5/2 months once
