If they sell Rs.5 channel to Rs. 12, DTH and cable operators pick only cheaper channels in order to form basic package and people will subscribe only those.

Example, Many DTH operators have kept Sun Network channels out of base packs, as the current rates are not worth.

Operators mostly include broadcasters bouquet in their DPO pack so all major channels will b received by viewers.... Few important standalone chs kept of out bouquet might also b included
