Dear all Tata Sky subscribers in DDF may I have your attention pls !!
We are all deprived since a long time by Tata Sky. Think- 1. we are paying a huge amount to them in every packages.
2. HD access fee even for premium channels apart from their special charges.
3. Al a carte price for popular sports channels.
4. Separate charges for each and every Active services.
5. Support in several forums and communities just blindly.
And being loyal customers what we get from them???
1. Most costlier package.
2. Less number of HD, Music, GEC, Infotainment, Sports, News... in every language categories.
3. Gallon of WATER on our hope all times since 2010.
4. IVRS type same reply for every quarry, request, complaints etc.
5. No useful free Active service.
6. No new channel added quickly.
7. No intention to add new satellite or transponder.
These are enough this time. We should not be fool every time. Let's make a huge campaign against them. Call them, send E-mails, put our demands. Raise your voice against their mal business strategy. Pls friends at least for one last time, before dump their service. Let's make them awake, alert them strongly that they can feel
***We are no more billion blind supporter of them...
***They are not only good (though no more good at all) DTH service provider in India.

I had a conversation with senior official. also already sent emails including Subscriber IDs of my friends. We informed them those IDs will be deactivated soon, we will buy Dish True HD, really true HD service. and believe me they didn't give same routine reply. Mail reply not got yet. Sayan bro, i fully agree wit u but reality is that noting will happen.

Tata Sky CEO believes that their is a Premium DTH brand and they charge high bcoz they belive in paying good amount to content providers or broadcasters.

Secondly, he has time and again given deadlines but nothing has happened. First was their excuse of waiting for GSAT10 Satellite which lasted for 6 years, secondly they said that we will launch new channels from GSAT10 after its launch , that also did not happen. Then their great CEO said that we are moving to MPEG4 and that will be completed by July 2014 , that also did not happen.

The reality is that they take advantage of being a DTH brand which has good brand value and connect, they think that they will dictate what should happen and customers are just id*ots who pay them big amount.

Time and again it has been proved that neither they have intention to add new transponders, nor add new channels or move to MPEG4 completely. All they will do is give excuses, timelines and fool customers.

Its best that you do not have hope from them, they will not change. All because their intention is not right. I hope they fall on the face soon
 
Tata sky always fool customers and always add channels very late, Sony max 2 and History TV18 HD not added till now, if they don't add any new HD channels this year then they will loose so many HD customers, it's enough now.:angry:angry:angry
 
I will wait till end of this year, if they don't add new HD and SD channel till Dec then I will throw my Tata sky+ HD STB and will move to Dishv in Jan 2015.:angry:dodgy
 
We all love Tata Sky. We have more than one costlier set top boxes in everyroom of our home, paying more than Rs.1000 per month, stuck with them since launch 2006. People criticized us calling most patient and optimistic people in the world. Spcially Dish TV's activities attracted us and Tata Sky doing nothing disappointed.
 
I too was with Tatasky HD from 2007 - 2013 with multi room subscription
I was happy with their service until I started to look around and realize that I was paying a premium for no reason , I too have written numerous mails to them asking for reasons however felt that they simply gave new deadlines and assurances which were never met.
Brand loyalty will not help if the brand has ill planned its future.
This holds good for every service we pay for as customers ...
