They simply don’t want to do anything. They treat consumer as slave instead of King.
I have sent an email a year ago about channel addition, at that time they said they have space constraint. Few days ago, I wrote an email & gave complaint on their website using My Account. In response, I got pathetic reply form TS. See below mail –

Dear Tata Sky,
Please provide me the reason of not adding channels which we are requesting for long instead of just regretting. Because while getting money from our pockets, TS is very much keen on to charge much more than other DTH providers.
Else, let us know that why should not we move on to other DTH provider leaving TS due to it's channels unavailability???
After getting new satellite, Still TS have space constraint?
When will we expect to see more channels on Tata Sky?
If TS is not able to provide equivalent number of channels to its competitors then why TS is charging consumer more than its competitors?
I am not able to understand the reason of showing channels for few hours only instead of full day like Adhyatm & Sadhana.
